KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Supervise a team of Coordinators
β’ Provide domain knowledge and end to end service delivery
β’ Provide insights to the leadership on any areas of improvement and manage change within the process
β’ Resource management to ensure continuity of delivery and high-quality service
β’ Resource development and coaching and counselling to ensure learning and capability enhancement of CSAs
β’ Continuous monitoring to improve service delivery and ensure maximized efficiencies across all processes
