Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Team Leader to assist the call center in attaining sales targets.
Key responsibilities
1.Achievement of sales (TCF)
· Assist with direct marketing sales processes, targets and team
· Contribute towards sales policies & procedures.
· Monitor the performance of staff
· Gather information on complaints and provide feedback to necessary parties
· Assist in compiling of statistics
· Assist with client queries
· Monitor direct marketing campaign and measure results and assist with the implementation
· Assist non-performers
· Recommend possible incentives
· Assist in enforcing discipline
2.Responsible for Lead loading / allocation
· Ensure the call center is provided with leads. (Daily, weekly and monthly)
