Description

As a Residential Team Leader, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body requirements. You will report to the Program Manager and work onsite.

Responsibilities:


+ Assist the Program Manager in creating a versatile team to work cohesively and therapeutically with the youth and their families on the unit

+ Design and manage program activity which will lead to the completion of goals described within treatment plans

+ Work with clinical staff to coordinate the implementation of treatment plans in the milieu

+ Represent us in routine public activities such as making client-related simple presentations or providing information.

+ Oversee and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to the residential program.
