Description
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
- Responsible in achieving sales target through telesales team performance management and proper lead distribution
- Manage a team of telesales through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership.
- Supports the management team in collecting data managing leads and providing insight
- Data Analysis in order to review and optimize telesales conversion rate and sales
- Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output
