Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise Sales Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive team performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations to support business growth.
Provide leadership, motivation, and day-to-day guidance to Sales Officers.
Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
