As Social Work Team Manager within Adult Services, you’ll lead a locality-based team to deliver high quality, person-centred statutory social work services for adults and their carer's. You will be accountable for safe decision-making, effective risk management and consistent professional standards across the team, ensuring people receive timely assessment, support planning and review that improves outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Provide visible leadership and oversight across the team, setting clear expectations and supporting a culture of reflective, strengths-based practice.

Ensure assessment, care management and review activity is completed to a high standard and within required timescales, with a focus on outcomes and proportionate, least restrictive interventions.
