• Develop and lead a business driven competent and trusted teams supplying scalable digital solutions and services in a professional manner
• Manage the budget, resources, and timelines of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
• Mentor and coach team
• Technical uplift of teams, develop technical leadership and promote efficiency with new technologies such as AI in SDLC
