We are taking our Maintenance Superintendents to the next level. These talented employees have the title of ‘Team Manager – Maintenance’ and they are the drivers of standardization and continuous improvement in the Ford Production System.

**What you'll do...**

Safety

+ Address department Health & Safety concerns
+ Enforce department compliance with government, industry, and corporate standards
+ Promote improved department safety metrics and provide resources for activities
+ Enforce safety process adherence for launch-related Pro-Tag and Arc Flash updates, Construction Service Safety audits/compliance checks, and inter-department Pre-Task Analyses

Quality

+ Lead data driven maintenance processes to improve quality metrics (e.g., higher FTT, less scrap, less contamination, and etc.)
+ Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions through the Global 4D or 8D process.
