Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and fast-moving cook to join our night crew at West Texas Wings. This is a full-time, back-of-house position for someone with intense high-volume experience and the discipline to work late-night closing shifts.

Requirements:

• Availability from 5 PM – 2 AM for all scheduled shifts is preferred
• Must have experience in high-volume kitchens
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stay calm and focused during rushes
• Able to follow food safety procedures and company standards
• Team-first mindset and strong personal accountability
