Summary of role

The BF Team Member works as part of the team in a Bagel Factory shop,
supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer
service by crafting high-quality bagels and drinks to company standards.

Key focuses of the role include teamwork, following the key steps of
Bagel Factory service, preparing and serving delicious bagels and hot drinks,
