Position Overview

Job Purpose

To administer the receipt, indexing, scanning and retrieval of CIPC documents and records and to resolve queries.

Qualifications National Diploma in Administration/Office Administration 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administration, electronic filing and record management environment. Duties and Responsibilities To provide registry support services to the CIPC; To receive and resolve customer queries; To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines; To report on performance and identify and escape performance
