Base Pay starts at $26.00 per hour 

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is a key role that uses problem solving tools and lean principles. With approximately XX direct reports, the Production Team Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of production employees, ensuring that motivation and performance levels are sustained. This role will act as a strategic business partner with leaders by providing relevant performance feedback to maintain and improve business results.

• Lead and effectively communicate/participate at daily Tier I/Front Line Management meeting (stand-up)
