Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines with an excellent sales performance and have at least 3 to 5 years experience of managing a team in banking or FMCG industr
Able to implement business plan and sales strateg
Able to recruit, coach and develop sales personnel to become a good performer
Able to foster the right team environment for sales personnel to strive for performance excellenc
Good communication and interpersonal skill
