Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, this permanent, full‑time role (Monday to Friday) places you as the first point of contact for patients, whānau and healthcare professionals across the Northern Region. You will support the ongoing supply of prescribed continence products, ensuring patients receive the products, information and clinical support they require. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of phone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating service requests and liaising with clinicians, suppliers and healthcare teams across the region.
The Regional Continence Service sits within Adult Community Services and provides support to patients across the Northern Region. The team collaborates to ensure patients and whānau receive timely access to continence products, advice and services that support their health and wellbeing.
