Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Team Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for staff, candidates, and referees, helping them with their queries. You’ll also act as a first-level escalation point for calls and emails, working closely with Team Leads and QAs to keep things running smoothly. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and loves helping others, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Rosters : Fill vacant shifts and make roster adjustments (add, cancel, replace, etc.). Manage resignations, non-arrivals, and excess labour. Link new hires and ensure they’re rostered correctly. Keep services compliant by updating rosters and filling emergency shifts.
