This role requires a proactive leader who can guide a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve financial and operational excellence.
- Lead the FP&A team in developing robust financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and scenario analysis to support key decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align financial planning with business and operational priorities.
- Monitoring & Tracking of KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term business planning
- Lead the actual work process for data analysis and reporting including the variance analysis.
