As Teamlead Creative (m/f/d), you are the strategic lead of a cross-brand creative team — and someone who stays hands-on, close to the work and the output. You lead a team of 3 Designers and 1 Creative Strategist, driving the creative output across the 7NXT Group. You ensure our communication doesn't just resonate, but converts — owning the full creative funnel experience: from the first ad impression to the landing page, through the app onboarding flow and beyond. You decide which messages, formats and narratives scale, and set the standard for how we grow our brands across the portfolio.
