We are hiring a Teamlead for our biometric passport processing team in Karachi Pakistan. As the Teamlead you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring efficient processing of biometric passports. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of passport processing agents
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of biometric passports
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary feedback and coaching
• Train new team members on passport processing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports on team productivity
• Handle any escalated customer inquiries or issues
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures
