Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Head to lead our engineering team, drive AI initiatives, manage deployments and servers, and take ownership of our technology stack. You should have hands‑on experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and React , but be technology‑independent – able to choose the right tools for each problem rather than being locked into a single stack.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & AI

Lead and mentor a team of developers, AI/ML engineers, and DevOps professionals.

Oversee the end‑to‑end development and deployment of AI models (LLMs, predictive models, etc.) into production.

Set technical strategy, architecture standards, and best practices (code quality, testing, documentation).

Deployments & Server Management

Own CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
