Performance Objectives for Year One:
Define the Technical North Star: Within the first 90 days, define and initiate the execution of a comprehensive technical strategy and architectural roadmap that unifies the intermediary platform across multiple distinct business clusters.
Elevate Engineering Capability: Over the first year, build leadership depth and succession by actively coaching and mentoring other Tech Leads and senior engineers across multiple agile teams.
