**Overview**

The **CS&D Tech Lead** is the overall tech leader for CS&D who will provide standards to CS&D teams, monitor technical practices, coach teams and work on assigned projects as needed to resolve issues, reduce risk, etc.

+ Set technical standards and associated processes for CS&D that are aligned with corporate practices to achieve optimal outcomes
+ Support reviews at the project and team levels
+ Help define architecture solutions whether they are changes being considered on existing delivery projects or new business pursuits
+ Monitor technical activities to ensure quality of products/services, adjust overall approaches when improved methods are found and work problems in detail to help projects achieve their objectives as needed
+ Lead/support technical solutioning on new business pursuits
+ Develop technical teams and individuals at levels from junior employee to Director
