• Cross-Workstream Technical Ownership: You are the connective tissue between every workstream you own. You maintain a shared technical view so a decision made on one (a new integration, a data model change) doesn't blindside another, whether that's two workstreams or several.
• Delivery & Execution Ownership: You take high-level architectural and design direction and translate it into detailed, executable technical tasks for yourself and the team. You own the how of implementation across whatever you're responsible for.
