IE University's Operations Technology Team is looking for a Technology Junior Manager to join its team on a temporary basis covering a maternity leave. This role will support the Operations and Technology function, ensuring the smooth execution of key processes related to career services platforms, data management, and user support. The position is highly data-driven, requiring extensive work with Excel, handling large datasets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support & User Assistance
• Provide day‑to‑day support to students, alumni, and internal teams using the Career Portal (12Twenty) and related tools
