Core Skills & Experience

• 15+ years managing large-scale banking technology projects
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery and multi-vendor governance
• Strong experience with wealth platform implementations and banking transformation programs
• Hands-on experience managing IT roadmaps, risks, environments, and go-live activities
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, release management, and stakeholder management
• Experience with EU/Swiss new bank setup projects is mandatory
• Experience with Finnova and Incore Sobaco is an added advantage
• PMP Certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
