Absolute IT is seeking a proactive Candidate Manager for our Wellington office. You will support our Consultants by ensuring the candidate journey is smooth, engaging and well-documented from first contact to placement.

In this role you will design attraction and engagement strategies, load adverts, shortlist applicants, build candidate profiles, manage the CRM, and maintain strong relationships with active candidates while contributing to our team’s success.
