Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
Execute high‑precision assembly tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment as a detail‑oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes.
Observe discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level and involve senior members of staff.
Derive continual improvement and use of resources.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills to interface well with peers and enhance teamwork.
