Roles & Responsibilities - Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives.
- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Help departments use technology profittably.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Incorporate stakeholders' feedback to regularly update technology automation and functionalities.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mathematics, statistics or relevant disciplines with sufficient exposure to code development.
- Minimum 7 years experience in building enterprise systems and leading teams.
