Technical Support Consultant

Our client is an established company providing software and support to the financial industry. They are currently looking at recruiting a Technical Support Consultant who needs to be fluent in both Afrikaans and English and able to commute daily to their offices in Durbanville.

Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the Support team, your responsibilities will include:
• Technical support to users - both internal and external to the company
• Communicate technical application requirements to developers
• Setup and maintenance of Company hardware and software systems
• Conduct testing of Company software against test plans
• Rollout / installation of software to customers
• Documentation of install procedures
• Working with service providers
