We've built a strong project pipeline. The gap we're filling is conversion ownership: someone who can run a client interaction end-to-end, from first site visit to signed proposal, without the founder in the room.

This is not a support role. You will be the primary commercial interface for new enquiries. Your output will be measured in one thing: qualified proposals that close.
