Technical Account Manager
What you will do and how you'll make an impact:
conduct the technical operations for our top clientstechnical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaignsmanagement of all technical issues with regards to campaign launching and running processtechnical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platformwork closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer servicemonitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaignspropose and implement optimization solutions for online programscooperate with our technical support team from Head Quarter What we are looking for:
basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript;experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager;
