About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients β the go-to person for technology strategy, service performance, and long-term account success. This is a relationship-driven, technically grounded role for someone who can move fluidly between boardroom conversations and technical deep-dives, helping clients see further ahead and make smarter technology decisions.
You'll own the client relationship end-to-end: understanding business priorities, anticipating risks, and ensuring the technology services we deliver consistently meet β and exceed β expectations.
