Main Purpose of the Position

PPG Refinish is looking for a high-performing Technical Account Manager who will serve the LIC Industry.

Responsibilities Actively contribute to the business to help reach organizational goals Execute segment strategy in collaboration with segment managers Focus on share of wallet gain Manage relationships and accounts for existing customers Provide first-line technical support and act as the top technical ambassador of the brand Support the business for the region against a sales target Propose and deploy business solutions including workshop audits, ratio analysis, and tailored training plans Organize and plan demonstrations for all distributors and end-users Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Participate in all business reviews with the NBM and National Sales Manager Maintain high-level understanding of the Refine LIC Industry Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical support and customer service environme...
