**The Role**

The **Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Cloud** is a strategic and technical advisor responsible for driving customer success across complex hybrid IT environments that span **on-premises infrastructure, private clouds, and public cloud platforms** (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). This role includes **post-sales technical guidance** , **pre-sales support** , and **consultative business development** to support client transformation journeys and growth initiatives.
