REQUIREMENTS 

• Matric or equivalent
• Someone who's naturally organised and pays attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and hitting deadlines
• Good communicator—both written and spoken
• Solid with Excel and Word—data capturing, formatting, building basic reports
• Reliable and discreet when it comes to confidential information
• Qualification in admin, business admin, science, food tech, chemistry, product dev, or similar
• Experience in a lab, R&D, quality, or product development environment
• You're comfortable learning new systems and working with structured processes

DUTIES

• Managing and updating all R&D documents and records
• Tracking samples from request to delivery - detailed record keeping
• Keeping track of raw material orders and supplier liason
• General office admin
