Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service for customers focused on our Offshore Crane products
• Quote upgrades, services, and non‑standard solutions
• Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback
• Manage special projects
• Monitor and ensure the correct fulfillment of local service contracts
• Oversee customer service issues, including participation in scheduled customer service meetings
• Produce daily and project‑based reports to the local Head of Customer Service

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
• Knowledge of Liebherr products and programs is an advantage
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness
