This role is responsible for providing expert technical guidance during advanced vehicle diagnostics, supporting service advisors and technicians, and ensuring complex customer concerns are accurately identified and resolved the first time. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand confidence through strong technical expertise, clear communication, and hands‑on diagnostic support.
