THE ROLE

WiseEnergy is looking for a Technical Analyst & Site Manager to oversee the technical performance, operational reliability, and field activities of a portfolio of utility‑scale solar PV assets.

This is a hybrid role combining technical asset analysis with hands‑on site management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, managing technical incidents, coordinating O&M contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Acting as the key technical representative for assigned assets, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maximize asset availability, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and operational excellence of renewable energy projects.
