Job Description:
Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
Analyze large volumes of data (usage, recharge, invoicing) to improve accuracy and identify risks early
Work closely with software engineers, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Shape solution design and support implementation across new and existing systems
Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and system performance
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions are practical and effective
