The Role
Facilitates superior, efficient interactions between Wajax technicians and to
provide ultimate support to our customer/s.Develop expert understanding of technology offerings such as Global-e,
Consite, Tigercat Remote LOG etc.Utilize failure analysis reports and communicate results to assist internal
branch service departments with support.Communicate technical bulletins, PIP’s, PSB's (manufacturers machine
