Adhere to safety requirements as per company policies
Respond to customer calls and triage customer requests including status of machines and service work and/or issues that require special attention or escalation
Assist the Field Service Manager with the daily planning of field techs work assignments by maintaining the master field schedule
Regular follow‑up with technicians as to job status and with customers to provide job completion updates
Liaise with Parts Department regarding requirements for specific jobs, ordering, shipping, etc.
Work in conjunction with the Warranty department to support customer warranty and claims issues
Manage work orders including their opening, closing and maintaining to insure accurate and timely invoicing (includes adding labor, parts, sublets, lubricants, shop supplies, core credits, etc.)
