About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Agent, you will be in charge of helping Netatmo clients for any type of issues they could have with their smart consumer electronics (Smart Locks, Smart Weather Station, Smart Camera, etc.). You will handle tech queries from customers and strive for first‑contact resolutions.
