Role: Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, governance, and end-to-end delivery of AML and Financial Crimes Compliance technology programs.
• Manage large-scale application implementation projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Drive program execution by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
• Identify and resolve complex delivery, integration, and compliance-related challenges.
