Technical Development Technologist

Reporting to the Director of Operations, The Technical Development Technologist is responsible for improving existing processes and managing the implementation of new processes, equipment and materials. Improving the productivity of the plastics business by supporting the production and maintenance teams with processing or equipment issues, while also managing and implementing continuous improvement or new product development projects in the production environment. In addition to monitoring and evaluating industry innovations, processing, materials, and equipment for potential benefits to efficiency, safety or productivity.
