The Technical & Quality Director Role
- Set the Technical & Quality strategy across the company and ensure it aligns with wider organisational aims
- Maintain oversight of compliance across all relevant regulations and standards
- Lead and develop the diverse team, building capability and consistency
- Maintain the Quality Management Systems
- Drive improvement activity through structured investigation and corrective actions
- Represent the organisation during audits, assessments and external reviews
- Ensure incidents are investigated and followed up effectively
