• 15% - Facilitation/Emcee/Event Conduct
• 15% - AVP/Video/Presentation and Creative Materials
• 15% - Review, Evaluation and Audit Skills
• 18% - Data Analysis/Database and Portal Management
• 17% - Secretariat/Liaison/Protocol
• 20% - Report Writing/Minutes/After-Activity Reports
