Technical Engineer

We are delighted to be working alongside a leading Engineer company to recruit a Technical Engineer Our client has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and is now looking to add to their design team due to company growth.

The post holder will be responsible for providing timely engineering input to the Customer Support team to rectify issues reported in-service. The post holder will also act as a focal point between the Customer Support department and other departments for all technical queries.

The job role:

• Preparing all necessary documents, such as specifications, technical plans and reports related to precision parts
• Discussing and resolving complex problems with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers
