We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer with proven experience in infrastructure project tender submissions and Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) planning in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing high-quality technical proposals for infrastructure tenders and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements for traffic diversions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure project tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile required tender documents.
• Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and NOCs.
