Position Overview

            Detailed Job Description  1. Technical Coordination  Review architectural structural and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies and technical issues. 
Raise RFIs technical queries and ensure clarifications are properly recorded and communicated. 
Coordinate with consultants design engineers BIM team production and site teams. 
 2. Precast Element Planning & Breakdown  Prepare element breakdown (EB) based on project requirements and structural drawings. 
Categorize precast elements (walls slabs beams columns stairs façade panels hollowcore etc.) with correct numbering sequencing and orientation. 
Ensure EB aligns with production capacity lifting feasibility and erection sequence. 
 3. Drawing & Model Review  Review precast shop drawings GA drawings reinforcement details and embed layouts prepared by BIM teams.
