Provide executive and technical support to the Managing Director in daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate road, infrastructure, utility and civil construction projects from tender stage through project completion.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, prequalification documents and tender submissions.
- Draft, manage and format professional emails, letters, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, approvals, procurement activities and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Track RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements and project documentation.
