β’ Conduct Product Trial & Acceptance at customer sites
β’ To support Tech/BD Manager to conduct training, survey & troubleshooting
β’ Ensure Product Quality & Performance as guidance from Tech manager
Reports Responsible
β’ Customer abrasive/machine usage matrix
β’ Technical quality complaint report
β’ Product/customer trial report
β’ Competitive analysis report
Education & Qualifications
β’ Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering
β’ More than 2 years in Abrasive, furniture or related industries are prefered
β’ Experience in Metal/Wood/Automotive manufacturing process
Skill Required
β’ English β Work Proficient
β’ Microsoft office: Excel/Powerpoint- Work proficient
